 Mini Pepperoni Pizza Rolls 


*Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour  

- 1 tsp instant yeast  

- 1/2 tsp salt  

- 1/2 cup warm water  

- 2 tbsp olive oil  

- 1/2 cup pizza sauce  

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese  

- 12 slices pepperoni  

- 1 tsp dried oregano  

- 1 tsp garlic powder  

- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS 


1. **Prepare Dough**:  

   In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, warm water, and olive oil. Mix until it forms a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.


2. **Preheat Oven**:  

   Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


3. **Roll Out Dough**:  

   Roll the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.


4. **Assemble Rolls**:  

   Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top, followed by slices of pepperoni. Add oregano and garlic powder for flavor.


5. **Roll and Slice**:  

   Roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice it into even pieces, about 1-1.5 inches thick.


6. **Bake**:  

   Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking tray. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.


7. **Serve**:  

   Let cool for a few minutes and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
