Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

 I wanted to share my delightful experience preparing Savory Philly Cheesesteak Pasta with Creamy Provolone Cheese Sauce! It was a flavorsome journey that you'll definitely enjoy trying out.


Ingredients:

- 16 oz pasta of choice 

- 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak 

- 2 bell peppers, sliced 

- 1 onion, sliced 

- 2 cloves garlic, minced 

- 1 cup beef broth 

- 1 cup heavy cream 

- 1 cup grated Provolone cheese 

- Salt and pepper to taste 

- Olive oil for cooking 


Preparation Steps:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 

2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté thinly sliced ribeye steak until browned. Remove from pan and set aside. 

3. In the same pan, sauté sliced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic until tender. 

4. Add beef broth and heavy cream to the pan. Simmer for a few minutes. 

5. Stir in grated Provolone cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper. 

6. Add the cooked pasta and ribeye steak back to the pan. Toss everything together until pasta is coated in the creamy Provolone cheese sauce. 


7. Serve hot and enjoy your decadent Savory Philly Cheesesteak Pasta with Creamy Provolone Cheese Sauce!
